This movie was watched while traveling in a plane.

I had no idea what it was about and the movie initially pulled me in. Nicole Kidman looks wrecked and the film just has a grimy feel to start things. The budget just seemed to not be there for some scene - like the bank robbery but I was able to ignore that for the most part. This does have a nice burn to it but when the payoff arrives, Kidman's actions just biffs it. It should have been better.

Verdict: If you are in burn the world revenge mode - do it. Anything less is just painful to watch. The film makes her to be all in for revenge, but her actions are not and to me it's frustrating. I'd pass.
