This movie dropped and was critically acclaimed but I didn't see it. Fastforward 2 years later and it's free on Apple TV so BAM! Here I am.

There are so many aspects of this film that work great yet overall I feel like I got a hammer to the face on social commentary. It really disengaged me from the movie.

The aspect I got to give it up to this movie on?

When the protagonist breaks free he makes no qualms about taking out these people. Glad to see this done well in horror. Also, his good friend who keeps pushing when his buddy is missing is great. In too many horror movies these two aspects are done very poorly.

Verdict: Good film with heavy handed social commentary. Up to you if you you'll find enjoyment and I'd give this a 50%.
