There's some good actors, and a mild script in this one. We've got a drug that gives you superpowers for 5 min. Why? It's all part of a diabolical plan to test it on the population to refine it into the ultimate weapon. dun-duun! Enter Jamie Foxx to stop it since his daughter was kidnapped. It's a bit predictable but while running on the treadmill I could half pay attention and still get the movie. Watching while low-key doing something else would be the way to watch this one or you may notice too much nonsense in the movie and criticize.

Verdict: Watch it while running on the treadmill.
