You getting that cheesy, direct to dvd release feel?

Well the good news is that this movie does shake off when the film starts.

We've got some tax collectors - one psychotic guy and one good-at-heart guy. Nothing new here. We see how he's a good family man and the like before a new boss shows up on the scene. New guy wants old guys out and drama ensues. The first half of the movie does seem like like it is building toward something, then the latter half it just goes nowhere. The revenge arc is sort of wacky and the payoff is not satisfying. Same goes for the end.

Verdict: Pass on this one. There's not really any good action scenes to skip to either.
