The White Storm 2

Did not seeing White Storm 1 impact my viewing? Most likely. There were three characters - cop, bad guy, and bad guy done good - all which had there stories connected. Some wacky motivations and reasoning all around left me confused but they had some wild action scenes.

Verdict: Background watch. The story was disjointed for me but I tuned into the action every 15 minutes or so.
